All of my classes are warm, friendly and non-competitive, suitable for all ages, shapes, sizes and fitness levels, and new people are always welcome.
Nia and Moving to Heal are designed to be practiced barefoot; if you prefer, you can wear socks [maybe ones with grips] or soft indoor shoes, but please wear your shoes if you have any orthopaedic concerns.
Wear comfortable clothes, bring water and an open mind!

Class schedule -
I am currently offering 3 in-person classes per week -
Monday 7.15-8.15pm - Nia
Tuesday 9.15-10.15am - Nia
Friday 9.15-10.15am - Moving to Heal
If this is something you're interested in, please contact me for further details.
My classes can now be booked in advance at bookwhen.com/truthful-rhythms - space is limited, so tickets are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis. Any first class is £3.60 (please contact me for a discount code), then it's £5.60 thereafter.
If you try a class and decide that it's not for you, I won't be offended.
I am usually at the venue, setting up 15 mins before class begins and for 15 mins after, so I'm available to answer any questions you may have.
I am passionate about making my classes accessible to everyone, regardless of finances - if you would like to attend any of my classes, but the cost is currently outwith your budget, please get in touch - I will treat all such queries with discretion.
